Photographs of completed homes are the property of WillowTree Custom Homes and its photographers. Homes shown were built for private clients and are not available for purchase unless stated.

WillowTree builds in communities developed by others as well as communities it has developed. Community amenities, schools, homeowner association requirements, and architectural guidelines are set by the applicable developer, association, or district and are subject to change. Please verify school assignments and community details independently.
We do not sell your personal information.
We may use standard analytics and advertising tools to understand website traffic and engagement.
When you submit a form on the Site, your contact information is collected through Buildertrend, our construction management software, and is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, and share information about WillowTree communities and homes. We store contact information only when you provide it for these purposes. You may ask us to remove your information at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 13.

WillowTree clients under contract receive access to a project portal provided by Buildertrend. Access to the portal is governed by your construction agreement and by the portal provider’s own terms and privacy policy. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

These links are provided for convenience. WillowTree Custom Homes does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party websites.

Terms and conditions for any home, homesite, design service, or construction project with WillowTree Custom Homes are detailed in the written agreement signed at the time of sale.
