Inspired by the character of a European village, Carillon Parc brings homes, green spaces, shops, dining, and everyday life together in one thoughtfully planned Southlake community. WillowTree offers a collection of homesites here, with more than one way to make one your own.
Across 42 acres and eight distinct districts, the European-inspired community pairs residential living with oversized sidewalks, cobblestone streets, a central park and water features, along with planned shops and dining. And while it feels like a destination of its own, Southlake Town Square is only minutes away.
Find Your Homesite
WillowTree has a select collection of homesites within Carillon Parc. Some are offered as homesites alone, ready for the home you design. Others are paired with a prepared WillowTree design, so you can see exactly what could be built there.
