WillowTree builds luxury custom homes across North DFW, including Southlake, Westlake, and Colleyville, and in the Texas Hill Country around Fredericksburg, including Boot Ranch and Homestead 24. We build in our own featured communities, in established neighborhoods, and on land our clients already own.
Villas are lock-and-leave luxury homes, typically $2M–$4M, in walkable communities like WillowTree Gardens and Carillon Parc. Estate homes are larger residences starting at $3M+ in luxury communities like The Bluffs in Colleyville. Fully custom builds are designed from scratch around your family, on your lot or one of ours.
Construction costs for a WillowTree home generally range from $350 to more than $1,000 per square foot, and where a home lands in that range comes down to the choices we make together: square footage, the rooms you need, finish levels, one story or two, exterior materials from stone and brick to stucco, and roof types from composite shingles to slate. Site work and land preparation matter just as much, and they’re the piece most families don’t think of first. That’s why we start with an honest budget conversation on day one; a realistic budget expectation helps us design your home well from start to finish.
Structured and transparent from day one. After an initial fit meeting, you receive a pre-construction package with sample contracts, timelines, and references. We then coordinate architects and designers, bid the work with trusted trades, and keep you informed through a private client portal with your project’s financials, photos, and schedule.
